Workplace Physician Service

Under Occupational Health & Safety Law No. 6331, employers are required to assign a workplace physician — either from among their employees or through an OSGB. As Gözde OSGB, we fulfil this obligation on your behalf with certified physicians suited to your hazard class and headcount.

What Does a Workplace Physician Do?

• Conducts pre-employment and periodic examinations and issues health reports
• Provides health surveillance and early detection of occupational diseases
• Assesses workplace conditions from a health perspective
• Supports first aid and emergency response organization
• Informs and trains employees and employers on health matters
• Handles assignment and legal records via the İSG-KATİP system

Legal Obligation

The required assignment time depends on your workplace's hazard class (low, hazardous, very hazardous) and number of employees. Assignment must be made through the İSG-KATİP system and the durations must be met in full; otherwise administrative fines apply. Gözde OSGB manages the entire process in compliance with the regulations.
